There are four key stages to the implementation process:
- This starts with face-to-face meetings with managers and key staff to discuss the needs of the organisation and the aims of the database project.
- Following this, the database will be installed and customised according to the specified requirements, as well as importing data across from existing sources (databases, spreadsheets, and online tools such as MailChimp).
- Before rolling out the new database to staff, there will be an opportunity for the key staff to review and test the set-up.
- Finally, training will be given to all users to enable them to get up and running.
