Training, Advice and Process Reviews
Ruza provides user training as standard for all new CiviCRM implementations, focussing on the modules implemented for each organisation to ensure the training is relevant and useful.
It is also possible to include training for volunteers, or more advanced Administrative training to enable more control for in-house staff.
On a more ad hoc basis, Ruza is available for advice and queries if your needs have evolved and these system needs to adapt and change.
Often, as staff become more confident with the software, it is possible to improve and expand the way the database is used in the workplace. It is useful at this point to review the way the database is used, and to consider what is possible. Ruza is able to help facilitate this process review and to implement the new requirements or train staff on new aspects of the software in response to the process review.
